Clause 1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

Players are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. Deposits using an account or e-wallet belonging to a third party are prohibited and may result in the transaction being rejected.

Clause 4 Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is received and confirmed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus balance is permitted.

A withdrawal request may take longer if additional identity verification documents are required to comply with security procedures. Players will be notified via email or live chat if additional documents are needed.

maxin88 reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request and return the funds to the Player's account balance if there are concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms of use that requires investigation.

Clause 5 Bonuses and Promotions

maxin88 offers a welcome bonus to new players who register and make their first deposit. Details of the welcome bonus are as follows:

• A bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. maxin88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including low-risk betting intended solely to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

Clause 6 Game Rules

All games on the maxin88 platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and live game systems overseen by licensed operators. maxin88 is committed to ensuring every game is fair and free from manipulation.

Players acknowledge that game outcomes are entirely random and maxin88 cannot guarantee any winnings. All game results are final and cannot be disputed after a game round ends, except in cases where a technical error can be proven.
